3. Airport Pickup Policy

Brooklyn Shuttle offers both curbside and meet-and-greet options. Flight tracking is available when a valid flight number is provided.

Curbside Pickup:

Driver waits outside the terminal. Passengers must call upon arrival.

Meet and Greet:

A driver meets the passenger inside the terminal holding a name sign. An additional $30 fee applies.

Grace Periods and Waiting Charges:

  • Domestic flights: 30 minutes grace period
  • International flights: 45 minutes grace period
  • After grace period: $1.50/minute for standard vehicles; $2.00/minute for SUVs and vans

4. User Responsibilities

All users of Brooklyn Shuttle services agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during booking
  • Use services only for lawful purposes
  • Refrain from transporting illegal or prohibited items
  • Be accountable for any damage caused to the vehicle
  • Treat staff and drivers respectfully

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Misuse of our platform or services
  • Submission of fraudulent or false information
  • Harassment, abuse, or threats toward staff or drivers
  • Tampering with vehicle components or engaging in unsafe behavior
  • Use of services for any unlawful activities

6. Fees and Charges

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup: No charge
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup: Full fare will be charged

No-Show Policy:

If a passenger fails to appear at the pickup location without notice, the full fare including wait time, tolls, and applicable fees will be charged

Overtime Charges:

  • A 15-minute grace period applies for non-airport pickups
  • After that: $1.50/minute for standard vehicles; $2.00/minute for SUVs and vans

Late or Early Pickup Fee:

$10 will be charged for any pickups before 7:00 AM or after 10:00 PM

Same-Day Change Fee:

Changes made within 12 hours of pickup are subject to a $25 modification fee

We are not liable for missed flights, lost items, or travel inconveniences caused by such events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or find an alternative solution.

Brooklyn Shuttle reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
